Marlies Bugmann ist eine australische Schriftstellerin und Karl-May-Übersetzerin.

Sie ist gebürtige Schweizerin, lebt aber bereits seit Jahrzehnten in Neuseeland und jetzt in Tasmanien. 2004 begann sie mit der Übersetzung von Karl Mays "Weihnacht!".
